The equity shares of the Company are under compulsory demat trading by all investors. Shares are available for demat with both the depositories in India – National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL).

Dematerialisation of Shares/Debentures and liquidity
Shares: 99.74 percent of outstanding equity have been dematerialised till 31st March, 2024. Trading in equity shares of the company is permitted only in the dematerialised form as per notifications issued by SEBI.
Debentures: The Company has issued Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to Banks/Institution in dematerialised form and its NCDs are listed with Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
Registrar and Transfer Agent
Company has appointed M/s. NSDL Database Management Limited as its Registrar and Transfer Agent for Share and Debenture related grievances interalia including share certificate, dividends, change of address, transfer, transmission etc.
Debenture Trustee
The Company has appointed IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd as its Debenture Trustee. Details of Debenture Trustee is as follows:-
