Situated in Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan, the unit Commenced commercial production in 1975 with an initial capacity of 0.3 MnTPA. In the year 1979, a second production line was added to enhance the production capacity to 0.72 MnTPA.
The first White Cement facility in India, which was limestone-based, and manufactured Cement through the dry process. The White Cement plant was commissioned in 1984 at Gotan, Rajasthan, with an initial production capacity of 50,000 tons.
Situated near Muddapur village of Taluka- Mudhol, district Bagalkot (Karnataka, the unit has the latest state of the art technology to manufacture 3.0 Million tonnes of cement per annum.
Situated in Chittorgrah district of Rajasthan, (100 kms from the Nimbahera plant) the unit commenced commercial production in Dec 2001. The unit offers significant synergy benefits like assistance from technical & commercial staff of Nimbahera Complex.

Situated in Jhajjar district of Haryana, the split grinding unit with 1.5 MnTPA was set up with an investment of Rs. 400 Crore. Modern machinery is being sourced from renowned cement machinery manufacturer M/s Thyssen Krupp.
Situated in Aligarh, UP, this greenfield split cement grinding unit was set up with a capacity of 1.5 MnTPA, With the commissioning of the unit, JK Cement forged stronger footprints in its roadmap to success.
With the commissioning of a Grey Cement grinding unit in Balasinor, JK Cement has strengthened its foundations in the state of Gujarat. The new plant is spread over a total area of over 8 hectares and has a capacity pf 0.7 MnTPA.
Situated in Katni, MP, the unit commenced its commercial dispatch on 26th May, 2016. The unit was set up with a capacity of 2 MnTPA.
'Jaykaycem' is an affiliate of the multi-disciplinary industrial conglomerate- JK Organisation. JK Cement Ltd. acquired cent percent shares, whereupon Jaykaycem became its Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Jaykaycem is being granted the mining lease of cement-grade lime stone in Panna District of Madhya Pradesh State and letter of intent in this regard has already been issued by the Madhya Pradesh Government. It started the process of acquisition of land from villagers falling under mining and proposed a plant area. It has plans to set up a Grey Cement manufacturing unit of appropriate capacity in phases within the periphery of Mining area.
The Government has issued letter of intent to grant Mining Lease of 1594.34 Hectare of land at Village Judi, Kamtana Kakra etc. District Panna, Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, the Company's applications for Mining Leases for Limestone in different part of the Madhya Pradesh is in process at various level of State Government.

JK Cement Ltd. has formed a wholly owned subsidiary namely JK Cement (Fujairah) FZC and step down subsidirary JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC in the Free Zone of Emirate of Fujairah, UAE for setting up a dual process White cum Grey Cement plant with an installed capacity of 0.6 million tonnes per annum White Cement or 1.0 million tonnes per annum Grey Cement.
The first dispatch of White Cement was done on 3rd March 2014. The quality of the product has been well accepted in the market and registration formalities for sale in various countries is being carried out.
